With an eye for detail, Teayoung’s passions are interior work and finishing touches on a house. But he also enjoys the entire process of building new homes, from grass paddock to final product.
“I love seeing people’s dream homes take shape, from scratch to complete product – I enjoy driving past a house and being able to proudly say: I’ve built that”.
Living in Hamilton and the Waikato region for the past 16 years, Teayoung is well acquainted with the area and the people. With Hamilton growing in population year on year, he believes Stroud Homes will be a great addition
 
Together with his wife Andrea, Teayoung is now bringing award-winning designs to Hamilton. He is excited to start putting down slabs and start building dream homes.
