Debbra Sweetman – Contract Administration
Having Debbra join the team has been a real asset to Stroud Homes Bay of Plenty. Not only does she have a background in customer service but also has completed interior design courses.
This strengthens our colour selection service as it is all kept in house at the Stroud Homes Bay of Plenty Display Studio.

Debbra’s role is to be the connection between the clients and the sales and construction team. She plays a crucial part in creating a home for clients, not just a house.
Sebastian – Project Manager
Sebastian has joined the team to ensure your new Stroud Homes is completed to a high quality.
He is also a fully qualified builder with years of experience in both construction and internal joinery where he spent time making kitchens and furniture, so he has an eye for detail.
Sebastian has come onboard to control your construction process onsite and ensure all works are carried out to your expectations.
