Stroud Homes Auckland South has over 160 standard plans for customers to choose from, each one comes with multiple options for facades and roof lines, and many of the plans come in various sizes to suit your requirements.
If you still can’t find what you’re looking for, Stroud Homes also offers a custom home service, so you can create your own dream home.

How to choose your home plan
If you come into the Display Centre at Laidlaw Way, you can view a range of quality fixtures, fittings and inclusion options, plus the full range of house plans on offer, and talk to your local Auckland South home builder.
Once we know a number of your requirements, we can point you in the direction of a selection of plans which best suit your needs from our range of plans. This will be around the size of your land, one or two-level home, and how many people are going to be living in the home.
You can also view a lot of our home plans here, but viewing them in person makes it easier to compare one plan to another. Therefore we recommend you call in and see us discuss each plan.
We can also give you printed copies or brochures of the plans which are best suited to you, so you can bring them with you and take some time to think them over.
Popular Designs
In our latest plan releases, we have had several ‘Scandi’ façades with vertical cedar and vertical painted weatherboard, which is a very popular choice of cladding systems.
Design and building trends are always changing over the years and people’s taste in façades is no different, therefore Stroud Homes’ customers now have more new home façades to choose from than ever before.
Our most popular plans at the moment are the pavilion style ‘Scandi’ façade homes as they look timeless and classy for any neighbourhood.
The Custom Home service
Some sites are difficult to fit a standard plan on, it can be a narrow section or a section with a steep slope.
In this instance, we will take certain features that you like out of each of our plans and use these to work with a custom plan to suit your site.
The custom plan that we come up with, will have full renders and colours similar to our standard range of plans presentation.
If you have your ideas, then we can also help you design your own custom-built home. Many of the homes we build have been designed by our customers who come to us with a clear vision, we just help them to make their dreams a reality.
