Looking to 2022 we have jobs rolling though and progressing well.
Our team is well rested and enthusiastic including the builders which are back in full swing.

Price increases are still lingering from last year but they are mostly captured early on, so clients shouldn’t be seeing too many more moving forward.
Building Materials
Materials are still coming through and the trick is to ordering early to avoid delay, so far so good.
With good relationships with the suppliers and staying true and consistent to them has made a difference with orders.

Time delays
As with any building company we are still at the mercy of the industry as far as getting things on time and the availability.
This is discussed with clients early on and we hope everyone will be understanding of the world we now are living in.
