Stroud Homes Auckland South completed a home in late 2023 for us. Craig and his team including Ina were superb all the way through the construction phase through completion and handover.

They were highly engaging, displayed great knowledge and above all, were really pragmatic with their knowledge and suggestions. A timeline was agreed and the full build was within the period that was agreed at the start of the process.

Regular weekly communication was another feature of the service. This was both via email and over the phone with Craig.
The commitment to see the build through was most welcome, particularly when there were weather challenges.

I would highly recommend Craig and his team. It was very satisfying and comforting to know that Craig and his team were as invested in your project as you. This aspect provided a lot of trust and assurance.

Like most people building at this time we were on a strict budget with no wriggle room, we had met with several builders and Stroud Homes was our last stop. After meeting Jamie and Indy we knew exactly who we wanted to build our home. The black and white quote was a bonus. Right from our first meeting we felt at ease and the build continued that way.
