At Stroud Homes, we offer black-and-white pricing.
We are builders who offer precise, easy-to-read and understandable quotes. We specifically outline what is and what isn’t included in our quotes, and our price also includes site costs, insurance and consent fees, meaning there are no hidden surprises when it is time to sign the dotted line.
And with our Fully Loaded Inclusions, we assure you that you won’t pay extra for items on our inclusions list. Unlike many other builders, if it’s in the inclusions, it’s included in the quoted price.
✓ Planting 15 Trees for Each Build
When you build with Stroud Homes, you’re not only getting a beautiful home but also helping the environment.
For every house we build at Stroud Homes, we will contribute 15 trees to a local reforestation project. We do this by partnering with forestry professionals to identify environmentally relevant projects and then fund the planting of native trees.
